Frequently Asked Questions
Do I pay for failed messages?
No, ISVIX only charges for delivered RCS messages. If a message fails or falls back to SMS, you are charged the respective SMS rate instead.
What is the "Basic" message limit?
Basic messages are text-only messages up to 160 characters. They do not contain rich cards, carousels, or standalone media files.
How does the 24-hour window work?
For conversational pricing (A2P Conversation), once a user replies to your message, a 24-hour session window opens. All subsequent messages within this window are covered under the session fee (subject to fair use policies).
