A conversation starts when the first message is delivered. For the next 24 hours, all messages exchanged between the business and the user are covered under that single conversation charge.
Are there any monthly fees?
No, ISVIX charges no monthly platform fees. You only pay for the WhatsApp conversation charges and a small markup per message processing fee.
How do the free 1,000 conversations work?
Each WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) gets 1,000 free service conversations per month. Marketing, Utility, and Authentication conversations are not included in the free tier.
